I have used them twice for purchases. They understand and know the market and are well connected if you need to get something done to get your property in order or want to make some changes after your purchase. They go above and beyond for their clients and I would not work with anyone else

Jennifer knows real estate, she was our realtor and within 9 days had a full price written offer for us. In our present market she deserves a gold star. My wife and I first met Jennifer in 2015 when we were shopping for a vacation home/rental - she was hosting an open house. Very personable demeanor and she was serving snacks and waters. We had attended numerous open houses and hadn't met any other broker with her personality, so we stayed with her looking at several other places and eventually settled on a condo in Shorewalk. She helped with the sale, the title company and everything needed to finalize the transfer. We've stayed in touch over the years, she knew we were looking for a house in a certain community and sent us updates in Massachusetts whenever a house entered the market. Finally showed us one we loved so we made an acceptable offer after flying down for a first hand look last July. She had shown us a few others when we were staying at Shorewalk before heading home to MA. She's dialed in, knows what we wanted and stayed with the market until she found what we wanted. I wouldn't use any other realtor. Jennifer is the best.

So THANKFUL that we found Jennifer to sell our aunt’s Villa in Bradenton! We live in New York and worried that it would be very difficult to sell from a distance.
